Offshoots is a hybrid practice offering full landscape architecture design, construction document and installation services. Our installation staff is composed designers, horticulturalists and landscape professionals giving us a diverse and competent team that takes pride in our work and above all is dedicated to sustainable landscape design and construction.

We believe by shortening the distance between designer and the designed, we can push the horticultural industry to new frontiers. For our installation projects, we pursue organic methods and source as many locally grown plants as possible, creating demand within the nursery industry for more sustainably produced plant materials that support our local economy. We install landscapes not only that we design, but landscapes designed by our peers who are looking for a different, more sustainable installation approach.

Our staff are certified in the latest accreditations including Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professionals, Accredited Organic Land Care Professionals [AOLCP], New England Organic Farming Association [NOFA], and Permaculture Design Certificate [PDC]. We are not a traditional design-build practice, but an experimental hybrid practice, striving to service our clients with the most suitable scope of services for the project at hand.
