Qualifications:
Previous experience in property care, golf course management, gardening, or a related field. Knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques a requirement. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Certifications (Invasive Plant Management Certificate, Massachusetts Certified Horticulturist, Massachusetts Organic Certified Land Care Professional, Pesticides License) highly desirable but not required. Additional compensation will be provided with certifications and more experience.
Responsibilities: Perform various landscaping tasks, including planting, weeding, mowing, edging, and pruning. Follow landscape designs and directions from horticultural managers. Ensure the proper care of woody and herbaceous plants, hardscapes, and outdoor structures. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance, gardening and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include planting, watering, weeding, mowing, string trimming, and overall property maintenance. Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements is helpful. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in garden care or landscaping is preferred. Primary Responsibilities
· General maintenance of landscape garden beds
· Plant and maintain shrubs and perennials
· Weed and groom garden beds
· Provide seasonal clean-up and maintenance
· Organic turf mowing on a weekly basis
· Keeping garden tools and equipment organized and maintained
· Monitor irrigation and communicate with the team about any issues or concerns

Workday is from 6:00am to 3:00pm on weekdays. Flexible hours possible. No weekend or holiday work requirements.
