Offshoots is seeking experienced, reliable landscape crew members. We focus on creating sustainable, ecologically sound landscapes and are looking for hard working individuals to join our team. Qualified candidates will have experience in the landscaping industry. There is much opportunity for growth in this quickly developing company. We are experienced Landscape Architects and Foremen looking to grow this business with motivated crew members. Crew members will assist with landscape installations, landscape maintenance and other various related duties.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Experience working on a landscape crew
+ Knowledge of plants: Installation and maintenance techniques
+ Continually strive to improve the quality of work at a job site
+ Self driven
+ Capable of heavy lifting for an entire day
+ Be in good physical condition
LICENSES REQUIRED:
+ Valid MA drivers license (clean record)
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
+ Pay commensurate with experience
