Landscape Designer/ Architect: 3-5 Years Experience
Offshoots, Inc. seeks two candidates to join our Boston office team.
We are looking for two self-starting and flexible individuals to help grow our company. Responsibilities will include all aspects of project design and implementation including:
- Illustrating productive landscape systems, including diagraming phytoremediation and ecological planting strategies
- Construction detailing and drafting of projects ranging from residences to multifamily housing, public parks and streetscapes
- Opportunities for design collaboration and research
- Project management and construction observation responsibilities with experience
Candidates must have excellent graphic design skills, including ability to create photorealistic perspectives, 3D visualizations, diagrams and rendered plans. Familiarity with Adobe Suite and AutoCAD is essential. Ideal candidates will have strong design sensibility and creative energy; prior professional work experience is highly preferred. Strong design and detailing skills, and experience with construction document preparation is required. Interest in phytoremediation and productive ecological landscape systems is essential.
We are seeking candidates to join us by the end of February however will continue our search till the right individuals are found. Part-time opportunities may also be available. Applications for summer internships are also welcome.
